*NOTE* Chrome has some alarmist messaging around the permissions that Vimium needs to run. Really all it's asking for is that Vimium's javascript be loaded into every page. Don't be alarmed. Vimium never talks to any servers and does absolutely nothing with your data. Read the open source code if you're curious.

Vimium is very good so far. Need save image shortcut and some more. Some elements are not detected as links. Cant throw mice away yet ))

Awful - I'm a vi power user of 30+ years (so don't claim that I can't use vi). It interferes annoyingly on various sites - try to enter a field, and the vi keys work. Horrible and removed.
