fails every other day

Dragon Web Extension customer service is terrible . . . no, it's ghastly!

I have to re-enable or reinstall EVERY SINGLE DAY and still have to use Dragon Box, commands and searches go unrecognized, etc. I have used Dragon since the mid-1990s (was even a beta-tester for L&H) so I do know the product quite well. This is incredibly frustrating. I am using Dragon Professional 15. Any recommendations for trying in another browser? I am at the end of my rope!
I've had to reload this multiple times. The instructions to use it and add it are very unclear. It directs you that you will receive a message to confirm implied that is on the website you're interacting with but it goes to your email. As usual with Dragon if you don't already know how to make things work there sure as hell not going to tell you.
Dragon extension SUCKS! Of course you have to "reenable it [AND] reinstall it" constantly!!!
Very hit and miss on when it works. I use Chrome to work in & half the time I can't use my speech recognition because it doesn't recognize the textbox!
works great after using for while.
Simply doesn't work for me in Chrome. I dictate into a text document and then copy and paste , it seems the only way.
