Another uBlock refugee after discovering Google have finally totally blocked it. Let's see how it goes. I also use a bunch of others as well, such as Adguard Adblocker, Privacy Badger and Ghostery. Ain't no way I'm using the modern cesspool of the internet without shields up. GTFO. Enable it and relaunch browser done !!!!! download the zip file of ublock lastest version from GITHUB https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases download chromium zip and extract on desktop and open extension page from chrome click load unpacked button on top left side load the file inside folder name uBlock0.chromium ALL DONE its BACK Then !!!!!!!!! UPVOTE SO MORE PEOPLE CAN GET IT BACK !!!!! Seems to work fine though it seems like it's adding noticeable load time. Also I wanted to note, Chrome no longer supporting Ublock Origin has nothing to do with google "helping out their buddies at Youtube", which is an odd way to put it since Youtube is owned by Google. If I understand correctly it's because something in the newest API changed and some of the functions that Origin needed to work are no longer supported. It has affected plugins that are not related to ad blocking as well. Also I don't know how this is shocking, you should have gotten warnings about this for months now.
Google permanently disabled regular uBlock Origin. Regrettably I still use Chrome for work, so I'll be using this in the meantime. Seems to work just as well. Thanks to the devs for keeping us safe and sane with this extension!
Ridiculous that Google disabled the standard uBlock Origin extension. Will be switching browsers if they try to infringe on the Lite version's functionality.
A**hats at google seemed to have permanently disabled uBlock Origin non-lite in the latest update. This version seems to be working perfectly on youtube and other sites. Out of spite, I will switch to Firefox if this type of behavior keeps happening from the google team.

Keep trying Google, they block uBlock to give a tingle tug to their friends YT, Twitch and other places mining data and pushing that advertising cash. So I'll try this before doing some other work around like reg editing or such. Thanks to the devs for not giving up.
