[WORKING WORKAROUND] Go to google and look up "Here's a working Youtube adblocker (for when uBlock, etc fall over)", click on the first result that should take you to reddit, once there you will see a post by u/damnThosePeskyAds explaining step by step. It's only 3 steps, it's quick and easy and works 99% of the time blocking ads and shorts. (with the exception of age restricted videos or videos with embedding disabled) It's working as of 06/11/25. RIP ublock origin, the lite version just has nothing on the original. EDIT: Just wanted to clarify the project is called goodtube, you can find the updated script on their github.

fix it already lol. You know 9 out of 10 of us are using this for YouTube and it currently doesnt work. Update it or come out and say you're taking the L.
Desde la actualizacion del 5 de junio la Aplicacion dejo de funcionar en youtube, sin embargo les recomiendo pasarse a Firefox que ahi funciona perfectamente ya que esta el Ublock Origin original en perfecto funcionamiento. Al menos hasta que esto se arregle, aunque firefox esta mucho mejor a como lo vi en el pasado.
As of 6/21/25, videos are taking a while to load, with the "experiencing interruptions? find out why" pop-up appearing. After a couple of seconds, the video does play without ads as usual, but I thought it would be important to mention in case this is something that can be fixed.
4/5 Because it works everywhere just fine, except youtube where they give the message "looks like you are using adblock". Hoping for a fix.
