Screen Recorder extension helps you record video from the computer's screen.
To work with this addon, please click on the toolbar button. Once the recorder interface appears, please adjust desired options, and then click the - Start - button. The video source could be your screen, window, or tab. The audio source can be the system's audio, microphone, mixed, or no audio at all. When you click the start button, a popup will appear within the interface. This popup window allows you to select the desired screen, tab, or window. To start recording please click on the - Share - button. When you are done recording the screen, please press the toolbar button (or the stop button on the app interface) to stop the recording process. The recorded video will be download to your computer automatically (on the default download location).
By default, recorded media is in - webm - format. To get more information about webm video format, please visit this Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebM). If you want to change this format to a different one, please use a different software. Moreover, to switch the interface theme to dark, please press the moon icon in the right toolbar.

Great Recording..But Can You Change The File WebM To Mp4 So I could edit my vids easier! Thank You Anyway!
No sound recorded and there is no option to turn sound recording on/off. Although Mr. Bikram Maghaya is keep saying, there is option but, I tried my best to find it and I could not. Later I found in the description that, developer didn't even add any sound recording feature to it.
WHY IS THERE NO AUDIO!?!?!? I recorded a whole video after seeing some guy responding, saying there is audio (I also had the "include audio" box checked), and still NOTHING. Wasted a good narration I nailed. Would be PERFECT with audio. Still will give 4 stars.
All recordings are black screens. People have asked how to fix this on their site, but there is no explanation.
it literally would not allow me to open the file.
Not working. The recording file is completely dark screen only.
When I stopped the recording instead of giving me usable video files, it gave me several thousand 1 byte webm files, that I had to manually click through accepting the download for each one
Bardzo dziwny dodatek pobierający filmy, ogólnie super, ale się zdziwiłem, gdy zauważyłem, że filmy się nie otwierają, więc przesłałem na YouTube nagrany film i tam normalnie film się przesłał, a mi nie odtwarza nagranego filmu na komputerze. Jestem lekko zdziwiony, nawet próbowałem konwertować, ale pisało, że nie ma video w tym pliku, ale to dziwne, bo jeśli YouTube przesłał film, to dlaczego komputer nie może tego odtworzyć. Bardzo, ale to bardzo dziwna sprawa... 🤔

The reviews said unlimited recording time - so i left it to record a bootcamp (8 hours) which i really needed to watch!! it seemed fine - i kept checking on it and it was still recording after a few hours, then checked again after 5 hours. now i've come back and .... it stopped! stopped recording without any warning without any notice and of course without saving any of the file that was supposed to be recorded! THE WORST PRODUCT I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.
