Dark Mode is an extension that helps you quickly turn the screen (browser) to dark at night time.
Toolbar button serves as an ON|OFF switch which enables you to easily and quickly turn the extension ON or OFF. If you do not like the current dark theme, please visit the options page and choose a different theme from over 50 available options.
There is also a white-list feature which enables you to exclude a desired domain from dark mode. Simply add a domain(s) to the designated area (comma separated) in the options page and the websites will be excluded from night mode. Alternatively, you can use the context-menu item in mouse right-click to exclude desired websites.

Cool & SUPER!
It doesn't work on other sites, even if i refresh it and turn on and off, it wan't effective.
It was ok I guess so far it works on Youtube, Roblox, Fancy Text Genartor, Gmail, much more. It's kinda to dark though-
Best option so far. There are still a large number of websites I regularly visit that causes this extension to black out the text as well, but compared to anything else available on the web store, this extension works best.
Original Review: (ONE STAR) This could be so good if it didn't suck so bad. The presets are terrible so you have to make a custom style and then also format it for all the sites you visit cause it's severely broken, but I cant even get through writing my own CSS because the editor automatically does a bunch of stupid stuff with zero reason like skip to the bottom of the file randomly when typing (any character), exit styling brackets, delete code when you undo and redo, etc. Just spent around 4 hours coding the layout I wanted (on multiple websites, as just because it works one place doesn't mean it does the other) through all the grueling UI bugs and then one final bug rendered the styling completely useless as I was almost finished and it glitched and rearranged stuff and broke something critical. Honestly wish I never searched for this. Just wasted so much time for nothing. Don't understand why you cant select a preset and then just change what you want. I've literally never left an extension review. If you can't use one of the ugly presets and deal with broken styling then just don't download this, conversely, just type everything in a separate text editor and copy it over cause this one is the worst I've ever used in my life. You'd be better off with word or notepad. (It's definitely the extension because I typed this out perfectly fine.) Follow Up: Everything I said is valid, BUT after struggling with it for 5 hours I have a set up I prefer. I've only added stars because it's workable with a lot of effort and I hate white screens, so I like what I've been able to achieve but not the amount of time or effort it took in comparison to what it could have. One star reviews are only for things that aren't capable of what they say they are, this one works, but if you don't like the prebuilt themes and cant sacrifice some websites you'll have to code your own. Thank you dev for at least putting enough time into this to have it actually work when the proper tinkering is done.
Genuinely a good extension and my eyes feel less strained, but my chrome profile picture inverted colors as a result. Can you please fix that? Thanks!
