This extension automatically tells Chrome that every tab you open is "not auto discardable". This might help solve issues where Chrome kills more tabs than you would want to, however, this is not foolproof, and tabs might still get discarded if your system is out of memory.
No configuration needed, the extension will mark every open tab as "not auto discardable" as long as you installed the extension and haven't disabled it.
Want to make sure this extension is working? Go to chrome://discards in a new tab and see how every row has a cross in the "auto discardable" column.

Does exactly what it claims to do. Gets rid of the pesky, annoying automatic tab discarding chrome implemented without stunting your computer's performance.
It did not work for me. Am using Dell Latitude E7440 with Windows 10 and this extension didn't make any difference at all. Am puzzled as to why Chrome does this to us. Ended up opening a new tab each time that is very annoying.

So simple, so useful. Making tabs work as they should.
Loved this and worked perfectly but same as some users are saying it stopped working for me recently, in the few months or so, hope the dev com fix it, was so great :/
No sé qué pasó, pero no sirve más desde abril o fin de marzo. Dejó de impedir la recarga de pestañas y es una lástima, porque por varios años fue una maravilla quitando esa molestia. Ojalá lo arreglen, sin embargo toca buscar opciones ya que dudo que ese arreglo sea pronto. Edito - mayo 13, 2025: Efectivamente, nunca más arreglaron la extensión. Una lástima haber abandonado algo que fue bueno, y que pudo ser mucho mejor.
