CrankWheel makes it really easy for me to share my screen with clients so that I can show them what I am talking about so much easier than a written email could. It’s really easy to initiate a share using the Chrome Extension, and really easy for my customers to connect and see my screen.

I have used several technologies over the years and this one seems to support every platform I have tried it on: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, tablets, phones, etc. best of all the person being presented to does not need to install any additional software or app to view and participate. I and my clients both present and future thank you!
Crankwheel is an awesome tool for screensharing, it's very easy to use and the customer service team is amazing. They are responsive and always fix whatever I have going on!

I only have limited experience with Crankwheel, as my main use case was to allow remote control of my screen in order to perform a remote usability test, and unfortunately this isn't currently possible on Mac, but the concept of allowing the viewer to have a session with the presenter with no need to open any sort of account or login is great. When it's available for Mac, I shall be a disciple.
I've used this system for almost half a year now and it has truly made the whole process of how I do business a lot easier and consumer friendly. But truly, the customer service is unmatched in the responsiveness category! They're a company that truly works hard to keep their clients happy!
