Crankwheel was extremely easy to setup and start using right away. I'm using it to display sites like Miro boards because I can limit the interactivity that is a problem sharing a URL. Fantastic for webinars as well...I can show a presentation and an inserted webcam view! I like the extra effort they made to ease the time and effort to launch it. When you're getting ready for a webinar, you're dealing with 100 things and having each of those go smoothly is very valuable.
Nearly Instant Access to Screen Sharing - It's so much easier to quickly set up a screen share, on demand and very flexible, either by email, link, txt message, or giving them the extension. I had one technical problem recently and the help desk provided a solution quickly and I was up and running again in no time.
I have used this service for a while now (over 12 months) I find it simple. I have been using it before the pandemic and stuck with it. The biggest endorsement is with all of the new platforms out there--teams, zoom, I find no reason to switch, and no one I use it with has had an issue when we share.
