Version 1.2.0 adds dark mode support.

Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

It is a blank new tab page extension, and does exactly that. I can't believe there are negative reviews for this extension, complaining how they only wanted to get rid of a particular feature on the default new tab screen but not others. If that is the case with you, you should find a different extension.

I still wanted to keep my theme background but this just took it all. All i wanted to get rid of was the stupid 8 thumbnail boxes that were blocking my background.
