Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

It's not using my theme color (custom theme, completely black). And yeah, no bookmarks bar is uncomfortable.
It's ridiculous that there is no option to set Chrome's New tab to a blank page. Hopefully we have this app. Works perfectly if you want a blank page as your "new tab".
