是否可以增加对插件的“固定”的控制功能？，真的好难受每次找拓展固定的时候，找半天找不到。如果不支持的话能不能加个直达按钮直接抵达这个拓展的设置里面好让勾选固定到工具栏。

Wow. Absolutely wow. If you are a power user, stop looking for anything else right now and try it. - It's open source. (Meaning you can trust it will be there in the long run.) - It has tons of customizability. (Rules, Groups, Profiles, Settings) - The menus are even animated. - There is a full documentation of each feature. (That includes handwritten annotations!)
Absolutely the best extension manager for Chrome. Exactly as customizable as you would want, without complicating anything, with shortcuts for everything you would want. Perfect.
