DUDE THIS IS AMAZING I have been looking for a way to get the old black menu bar google once had, this is one of the best options, I definitely recommend everyone to get this.

I realise the page was only intended to open once, but it was opening multiple times on the same chrome browser, well after i'd first installed it. I must thank you for your support, and the technical solution you told me about seems like it will do the trick :D We have a great developer here!
It only works with your primary account. If you have multiple accounts, it still pulls up your Gmail or Contacts or whatever for your primary even after you switch accounts. I'll keep it for awhile in case this is fixed...
