Does not work never has.
Opening tabs in chrome is much easier....
works, you just need to be in the WEB VERSION of spotify, not the downloaded app! i think maybe some of those saying it isn't working are using the downloaded app version. since this is a chrome extension, it requires you to be on the chrome (web) spotify.
macOS Tahoe. Thanks to Damien Mc Hale (below in the comments), I have tried music.youtube.com (and then Private Investigations / Dire Straits.) The small button at the bottom brings me to Ultimate Guitar and provides the tabs. Tried Spotify Web player ( Mark Lanegan - When your number isn't up - Rest in peace - ) and same result. Button brings me to the tabs. ergo: it works and does what it should do

For the people confused how to use this: Use Spotify Web player or Youtube, then (with the extension installed) you will see a Ultimate Guitar button on the player...
