This extension will make ChatGPT your default search engine in Chrome. Once ChatGPT has been set as your default search engine, you can search directly via your browser URL bar.

ChatGPT You can get fast, timely answers with links to relevant web sources, which you would have previously needed to go to a search engine for. This blends the benefits of a natural language interface with the value of up-to-date sports scores, news, stock quotes, and more. Chats also now include links to sources, such as news articles and blog posts, giving you a way to learn more.

In order to redirect a query to Google search, type "!g [your query]" (e.g. !g foobar) directly in your browser URL bar.

Muy mala implementación. Deberia funcionar a un apartado por si quiero usarlo especificamente, no para absolutamente todo, muy mala por el momento. Debería ser un chat integrado, no directamente entrar a ChatGPT.

This is not what we need, this would be more useful if it was making suggestions in conjunction with the Google search results, not using ChatGPT instead of Google. As people have stated here already, this just opens ChatGPT lol. We need a blend! 💪

Lame it can't be added as a proper Search Engine without forcing default, but I think this is a Chrome restriction outside of OpenAI's control. Instead, add a couple custom Site Search options with keyword here: chrome://settings/searchEngines I added: "@search" for https://chat.com/search?q=%s "@chat" for https://chatgpt.com/?q=%s
