Does not work, what is the point of an extension if it is not usable? Can we get an update on the issue Sales Loft?
Terrible, echoing others in that it constantly shuts down and I have to remove and redownload regularly.
Couldn't be more disappointed with this extension, it is unusable. I have to reinstall every other day, it constantly drops, it's at the point where it is so disruptive to my teams day to day workflow that we've had to find workarounds with other solutions just to get things done.
Apr 24 update: frustrating to use this as it's often buggy and doesn't always work as intended. Jan 24: Salesloft Connect and their dialer is buggy. I wish they would focus on better, more modern mechanisms for their platform with better UI/UX and more stability (specifically referring to the dialer).
Extension constantly needs to be removed and re-downloaded. It has become a daily task to do so, and more often than not, does not solve the problem.
When the extension is working its good, but when its not - major time sink/very frustrating. No direct phone number for support and troubleshooting doc doesn't help.
This extension is so frustrating. Constantly having issues, needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled every single day, and sometimes that doesn't even work.
I need to reinstall the extension every other day... like I know things are not perfect, but are you guys even trying to do anything about it anymore? too bad I can't give 0 stars cuz even 1 is too much.
Problems, problems, problems, problems. Fix: uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall. 1) Tasking for opportunities does not work (and has not worked for 2 years) 2) Inbound calls do not ring (try uninstalling and reinstalling!) 3) It deleted every task that I had set on a 120 opportunity pipeline I do not know why my company pays Salesloft for their services. Salesloft is 100% costing us deals and hindering productivity.
