I'm not impressed by this extension. The main feature I like about Sales Engagement tool extensions is the ability to see who opens/clicks my emails and unfortunately, this feature is so unstable with Salesloft that its beyond frustrating. When it stops working, the workaround I usually apply is to remove and re-install the extension, but even with that it barely works for a few hours then again stops working. Terrible developement. Otherwise, the platform is pretty useful as a whole, its just full of bugs and improperly designed UI features. 2/5 rating is fair imo.
The new salesloft dialer update it has been really inefficient logging calls because it makes you scroll down every time. I would love to hop on a call if needed because it is really detrimental to my day to process. I have tried to zoom in and zoom out on the salesloft dialer window but it doesn’t make a difference. Maybe I am doing something wrong or there is a setting I am missing but ever since the dialer has been updated it has been a big issue. A quick fix would be to make the “log your call notes” section smaller so everything can fit in one window
Forcing users to switch to a new version without taking into account all the legacy of the previous one is extremely ‘surprising’, to keep it professional. Our teams were used to using tasks in the previous version add-on: they don't exist in the new version, and there's no ETA concerning this topic. The only response from our CSM was ‘this feature will not be released before July’ 🙃
No idea why I am force to use this tool. It is not so bad for mass mailing, but besides that there is no help for me with other tasks. Inbound calls are not possible to get, integration with Salesforce is weird. Not recommended at all.
The tasks are gone from the widget and now the dialer pops up all over the place on my monitor. Please reconsider some of the changes and I would be happy to be in a test group.

It bit weird how the dialer appears now.
Totally dissatisfied with the extension appearance and usability. First of all nothing change accept Makeup on Old extension. Plus the dialer is now more awkward as it does open within page anymore plus there is no option to turn off pop instead call feature is greatly compromised. No Innovation or Understanding of it's users as they extend their workflow finds it too old technology whereas much of the processes are automated and extends usage to other platforms.
