The new doodle for the World Cup ball kicking was too much, looped animation!!
Yep, that soccer player kicking a ball sent me over the edge. UNSUBSCRIBE!
Thanks for getting rid of distracting cartoons on new tabs page. I hate it when they force their cuteness ideas on us. & ditto for Susan's comment.
Bless you. The moving doodle of a giant purple soccer player kicking a ball, over and over and over, was the final straw. Glad I found this extension.
works, but also removes all your shortcuts
Fine extension. Works quickly, and although it takes away shortcuts/background image, that's ok, I use bookmarks, and I don't get on my computer to stare at 16k background images anyway. Great if you want to open a new tab and think about what you need to do, not what Google wants to distract you with. Google needs to chill out with the wokeness. It wasn't this way a few years ago.
its working but redirecting to google, 4/5
It does its job well, removing the annoying Doodle when you open Google. However, a couple of ideas for the next version: The first one, why not give the option to show or hide the small bottom bar with the "New Tab No Doodles" link? And the second idea is to still be able to keep a custom wallpaper —the one chosen from the options the browser offers— but without having to see the pesky doodle. The main purpose is to eliminate the Google doodle. It only needs a couple of tweaks. Thanks! T
Amazing extension. I can finally get rid of Google's propaganda.
Good work. Especially needed at this time.
