由于Chrome 62的更新，之前的版本里面粗体的字会被替换成普通字重，如果屏蔽掉粗体的部分字体会发虚。我认为是Chrome在乱搞字体，但是毫无办法。目前只能采取字体发虚的这个方式。希望大家帮我看一下能否解决。

本扩展可以替换字体的中文部分为雅黑，适合只想将宋体和黑体替换为雅黑的用户。在使用的时候，请同时将Chrome的默认字体设置为微软雅黑或者Segoe UI。
本扩展同时将部分字体的英文部分替换成了效果较好的Segoe UI，可以通过修改css文件达到更个性化的效果。
代码主要参考了一个日文扩展“強制メイリオちゃん MSゴシック置き換え版”，感谢原作者。

效果确实不错，去除一些字体图片不显示的错误。chrome38正常
配合mactype完美了，终于完美了。淘宝、百度等等有些网站总有那些渲染后出现乱码或者无法显示的一些文字符号的，用了这个扩展后全部正常显示，太赞了！！
