Only gives an index of my default folder. Any sub folders and files are opened in Windows Explorer and not in the App and therefore do not cast onto my TV.
I can get an index of my default folder, but when i try to click into any subfolders it opens in windows explorer instead of crhome.. what gives?
Not a user friendly And doesn't support GUI, additionally, restricted only to instructions described in the options of the addon.
I do a lot of Javascript work, spending all day in the console. Any way to suppress the console output of "LocalExplorer..."? Would maybe make a good "option" setting instead of forcing it to output.
So far this is a lifesaver, works as advertised. Saves me a ton of time debugging web applications by opening my native file editor. Thanks a TON for creating this!
It works only if you follow the instructions described in the options of the addon. I regret that it only works with a plugin which is not safe (impossible to know what it actually does). Privacy or Security is not good enough for professionals from my point of view.
Excellent extension, but we have an issue with it`s settings. It provides two options for allowing to open files and separate option to open folders in explorer. The open files cannot be unchecked. In our case we only need to have it open folder in explorer. We really do not want the Local Explorerto open local files and in our case that poses a security risk. Since the explorer would attempt to open any files in explorer and could expose user to spyware if he is not careful. Please add the ability to uncheck the "open files in explorer" and allow to have LocalExplorer open folders only. Other than this for our application this works perfectly.
Didn't work at all for me. Just like Dennis Servaas back in October of 2014, the link to install the integration module doesn't work.
Very good extension !!! ... but peoples in Germany needs UTF8 support for Filelinks. can you add this Feature ? Please !!! best regards
Excellent. Does what it says on the tin. To make it work you must right click the link to download the zip with the installation file, otherwise Chrome just displays the zip as text-
