Dear Microsoft, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experiences I have had with Microsoft Edge and the Microsoft Rewards program. On the recommendation of a friend, I switched to MS Edge a few months ago, attracted by the promise of lower memory consumption and the enticing rewards system. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite accumulating 4,220 points, I was unable to redeem an Amazon Gift Card worth ₹250, as it was unavailable in my region. When my points increased to 7,840, I attempted to redeem an Amazon Gift Card worth ₹500, only to find it out of stock. This led me to conclude that the Rewards program merely attracts users with no real intention of fulfilling its promises. Consequently, I decided to return to Google Chrome, as I found it to be more productive than MS Edge. The time I invested in MS Edge and the Rewards program felt wasted. This experience has been disappointing, and I have decided not only to cease using Microsoft Edge but also to refrain from purchasing any Microsoft products in the future. I regret purchasing a Microsoft 365 subscription and a Windows-based laptop. I am considering switching to a MacBook or a Chrome OS-based laptop for a more reliable experience. I hope this feedback serves to improve your services. I cannot recommend Microsoft products based on my current experience.

I really enjoy using the Microsoft Bing app and being part of the Microsoft Rewards program. However, I’m disappointed to see that the Rs. 500 and Rs. 750 Amazon and Flipkart gift cards are often out of stock. These rewards are some of the most popular and valuable options, and it’s frustrating when they’re unavailable for long periods. I hope Microsoft can address this issue by increasing the stock or providing alternative solutions. This would make the experience much better for loyal users like me. Thank you!
Esta extensión te modifica el motor de búsqueda predeterminado a bing (cosa que no me parece mal) pero además lo peor es que la extensión bloquea poder cambiar dicho navegador predeterminado. Como usuario me parece una medida de competencia desleal y abusiva hacia el usuario.
