This tool is so awesome! I love being how easy it is to use and how many functions you can customize to make it more personal. Highly recommended for anyone with a group!
The extension disconnects every 2-3 days. I would need to add in the license for the extension for it to start up and then restart my entire google chrome for it to work properly. In some cases, the tagging of for the autoresponder doesn't happen, i would need to shut down my chrome multiple times before it actually gets the users approved and auto tagged in the welcome post.
The ease and simplicity of using Group Leads is brilliant. If a technophobe like me can make it work anyone can! I also love that when I had a query Jaimu jumped straight on a call with me and helped me sort it out. Brilliant customer service, fantastic product. Those I've shared it with love it too. It even worked when I changed my group name. So simple. Thank you. PS. I don't have my picture on my google profile but you'll find me everywhere at www.notarehearsal.co.uk
Awesome in helping businesses to automate leads. Jamiu was so awesome and helped me get around with using this app! It works and definitely saves time!
great customer support! I had set everything up, but was having some initial issues. i reached out to support and they responded same day! we were able to get on a zoom call and fix my errors and set up the connections! Jamiu was very professional and patient as he checked everything and got it all to work! excited to use this software moving forward
Just been using it for a few days, but it's such an awesome tool! Great support too, as I had a little problem setting it up, they got me up and running with it! One product suggestion: In addition to the Custom Decline Message, it would be wonderful to have a Custom Welcome Message as well. Thank you again for making such a great piece of software! <3

So far so good! I had trouble with the emails loading when I first set it up and Jamiu was very quick to respond and hopped on a zoom call to trouble shoot and knew exactly what was the cause and solved it immediately - happy days! Email leads are following beautifully now!
Great little tool and Jaimu has been responsive when we had issues.
So where have you been? what a game changer and no more wasting time manually approving and copying email addresses. Way to go. To new users just hop on board and let Group Leads do it's thing. Ron
