Was working fine in single approvals, everything was going into the google sheet flawlessly. So I decided to hit approve all. BIG MISTAKE. I had over 250 leads pending... all had provided emails-- I'd weeded out the ones who hadn't provided one. Group Leads did not pull in the info for more than half of the approved people. I'm missing out on leads and potential revenue as a result. PROCEED with caution. Don't approve all for groups of more than 10 or you will be sorry like I am :(
This extension has been a lifesaver for me. Instead of combing through hundreds of apprivals a day for my Facebook group, we can just use this extension. And the support is AMAZING. Email and you will have an answer back lightning fast.
The best extension ever. this has saved me so much time its unbelievable. its reliable, easy and fully automated unlike the other options out there. highly recommend group leads to anyone who has a facebook group. I cant imagine running my group and business without group leads.
My company manages several clients social media and facebook group. This tool is saving me and my clients tons of time and money and it took minutes to set-up. I had a small issue because I wasn't paying attention and my request for help was answered within no time and he even hoped on a zoom call with me to fix the issue and ensure everything was working! We will be upgrading to use for ALL of our clients and sharing it with others.
HUGE fan of this plugin! There are other choices out there when it comes to pulling leads from Facebook group questions, but this one integrates with autoresponder APIs and they're always adding new integrations. I LOVE THAT FEATURE. If you've ever used a plugin like this before, you know that sending the leads to a Google Sheet and zapping it to your autoresponder is a giant pain in the butt, and it doesn't always work right. This plugin takes care of that hassle for you. I'll use it for as long as I'm running Facebook groups.
This is one of the BEST IN THE WORLD APPS, the guys are top and support is extremely fast, like unbelievable!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THAT WANT TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY
