The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.

does what is says and its great
Never had any issue with until now. Some sites just won't load with this enabled. Uninstalling.
Akzeptiert einfach die Cookie-Anfrage so, wie sie kommt (und damit im Zweifel alle Cookies, auch Tracking etc.). Lieber nicht benutzen!
It was decent when it does work. However, recently, this extension has been reloading random sites and making them completely inaccessible. Some sites would load for about five seconds before automatically reloading, and it took me almost two months to narrow it down to this extension.

The functionality doesn't work as well as it used to. Getting the prompts more and more often on websites. Need to fix that, or provide some way to report feedback on specific sites.

Works, but prevented booking at applus.dk. Have removed it.
Empêche effectivement ces horripilants pop-ups "cookies" d'apparaître, malheureusement sur certains sites ce plug-in empêche le scrolling (pas moyen de faire défiler la page...) et modifie profondément les fonctionnalités de la page. J'en ai essayé plein d'autres nettement moins efficaces; celui-ci fonctione sur 9 sites sur 10... c'est mieux que rien. A quand un browser qui éliminera ces satanés pop-ups?
I am actually a little sad that this extensions has to exists. edit: avast... do not use this extension
