Incredibly useful, and I personally love the quotes. They're a good reminder to focus on something more important.
Cumple su función evitando que Facebook te distraiga. Si en algún momento me apetece ver las últimas novedades de mis contactos voy a extensiones y lo puedo deshabilitar cuando me plazca. Estaría bien que en extensiones pudiera configurar la aparición de un botón al lado de la barra de búsqueda que activara/desactivara el programa sin necesidad de abrir la pagina de extensiones.
