I believe this extension just saved my attention span! I really like this idea too, because if I really want to see how someone is doing, I'll just go to their page instead of zooming through the infinity of the Facebook news reel. I just get a nice quote to read to inspire my attention!

Its great when I need to stay connected but not distracted. It would be great if there was an activate / deactivate feature though. I always need to re download the app when I want to "re-disable" my newsfeed.
