Incredibly glitchy. If EngageBay isn't embarrassed by how bad this extension is, they should be. It's unusable and adds little to no value. Support for troubleshooting functionality issues is nonexistent.
I gave this EngageBay extension a chance, but it is super glitchy! Whenever I reboot my computer and open my Gmail accounts, they all give me an error message, saying that the page is disconnected from the internet, and that I need to reload the page. I am so sick of dealing with this issue repeatedly. I am now uninstalling this, and trying Mailsuite instead.
Very useful and easy-to-use email tracker extension that lets me see when someone opens my emails or clicks on my links. Highly recommended!

Works well for Gmail since there is no way to disable it ONLY for Gmail and keep working for LinkedIn and others. Used to work well for Office 365 outlook web, but recently stopped showing up.
