I can do all of this without Caret Browser, so not sure exactly what it is for. I've always been able to select text and shift+arrow to select, or use the arrow keys to scroll. Maybe I'm missing something. Caret on or off I can do exactly the same. *Gave 2 star rating but will change it if it is me who is not getting it.
