Introduced this to my team in our pursuit of creating continuity within our departments data collection methods. This extension has saved us actual days, not just hours.
If you're a Smartsheet power user and you don't have SSFeatures yet, bless your heart — you're working way too hard. I've been deep in the Smartsheet ecosystem for years, building solutions for everything from healthcare rollouts to Fortune 100 change management programs, and SSFeatures is one of those tools that makes me wonder how I ever survived without it. The cross-sheet reference updater alone has saved me more hours than I care to admit. If you've ever had to manually update dozens of cross-sheet references after a column change or sheet restructure — you know that particular kind of pain. SSFeatures turns what used to be a full afternoon of tedious clicking into minutes. Minutes. A few other favorites that keep me coming back: The bulk operations are a game-changer when you're managing complex, multi-sheet environments. The kind of behind-the-scenes cleanup that clients never see but absolutely feel when their dashboards and reports just work. What I love most is that this tool was built by someone who actually lives and breathes Smartsheet — not a big company guessing at what users need, but a practitioner who got tired of the same workarounds we all were doing and decided to fix it. If you're a consultant, admin, or just someone managing more than a handful of sheets, do yourself a favor. Your future self will thank you!
The best thing since sliced bread!
SSFeatures is a fantastic resource that I totally recommend. Once installed it's just sitting there 'on your shoulder' ready to help you save time in many ways, from simply checking sheet stats to bulk deleting or renaming columns to bulk changing conditional formatting. It's hugely intuitive and such a timesaver. For anyone regularly building in Smartsheet, it's a must for saving time...
