it didnt work for me, but im assuming thats because of my browser. while i do think making people pay for the extension is kinda scummy, i do appreciate the test period so its not a total scam
doesn't work
I was experiencing difficulties with my account but after reaching out to their email, they helped me with great customer service and fixed all my problems. 5/5 (no i wasnt paid to say this)
In the beginning it was working properly - subtitles and everything. Soon as I paid it started not working properly. The simple PiP works - as it works with other extensions so I wouldn't need to pay $4 (it's cheap and not complaining about the price but if you pay for something you expect it to work). Same results in Chrome and Brave.
Subittiles dont work at all, Not with youtube, nor with Disney+. Tried everything
Gives you a 1 hour trial but you'll spend the entire hour trying to get it to work. Good news is that the pip part works... just without subtitles.
Web app does not work, basically stole my $4. Has no functionality, not even opening a regular PiP window on Opera GX. Attempts some actions but instantly closes itself.
I just paid and it still says basic plan. I emailed your email support: [email protected]. I got blocked by it. What's up with that? Edit: all good now! Thanks
Cuando realice el pago no computo bien la compra, despues de mandar un email el soporte tardo rato en contestarme pero si lo hicieron. Activaron mi cuenta y todo funciona bien, hasta ahora probe con netflix y crunchyroll y es la unica extension que encontre para poder ver PIP con subtitulos en crunchyroll y demas apps sin mayor dificultad. Gracias.
