I constantly get the message, "Whoops! that wasn't supposed to happen," for all file extensions. Can't view word documents, powerpoints, etc. Useless
Needs to be more consistant. Doesn't open .docx files incredibly important
Works as advertised and adds a lot of functionality to being offline in the ChromeOS world.
Can anyone explain to me why this app "needs access to data on all websites"?

Doesn't open any of my Word documents like it says it is supposed to.
It's not opening my Word documents from my work. I don't know why.
Chrome gives me the option to save as a word doc and when I try to open the file w/ chrome office viewer I continue to receive a message that says, " Whoops! that wasnt supposed to happen." How could there be an option to save as a word doc and then not being able to open it after saving?!
