Worked for me as it claims. Opened .docx and .xlsx for viewing. You need to have Chrome Beta or you will get the "not supported on this computer" error. W7-Pro 32-Bit Chrome Version 27.0.1453.65 beta-m

I am having issues with viewing an Excel Spreadsheet, but remember this is still a Beta. Beta is "Software in the beta phase will generally have many more bugs in it than completed software, as well as speed/performance issues and may still cause crashes or data loss"
