It does everything seemlessly. The accents help familiarity. Does not sound robotic at all. Punctuations are superb. I wish they can extend this to Kindle reading to attain Nirvana (or have they).

Finally a program that not only does what it says it'll do, but does it far better than expected. The only problem I have with it is that there needs to be a physical box on the screen for what you highlight to be read. And you can minimize it and drop it inti the bottom right corner, it's not that big of a deal but that's the worst thing about it everything else is great! It offers multiple when is in order to input text into it. It's just an all around really good extension. It's an easy five star!
An excellent and very practical program! The Read Aloud tool saved me a lot of time and effort in reading texts. The voice is clear and the program is very easy to use. It well deserves 5 stars, I highly recommend everyone try it. English Teacher.

不錯用，介面操作簡潔直接，點個兩下就能開始閱讀 美中不足的是斷句感覺有點久，應該是處理(上傳文字+雲端處理+下載音頻)用的時間都集中在斷句導致的，有時候一個標點符號也被當作一個段落來處理斷句就特別久，也許可以優化一下 另外發現一個BUG: 調成2.0x倍速時會無法紀錄速度，下次開起來會變成1.0x倍速，試過其他速度並不會這樣

This is the first time the Google team has developed the best text-to-speech application using punctuation algorithms. If you feel it is still not good, you can use Gemini Pro to adjust the pace and tone on adding extra punctuation mark to your written sentences.
This is by far the best read-aloud extension I've tried. It still has hiccups here and there, and some small things about it I would change based on my personal preferences. But overall, it works great without delay most of the time.
