Get the password manager created by the former scientists who met at CERN behind Proton Mail, the world’s largest encrypted email provider. Proton Pass is open-source, end-to-end encrypted, and protected by Swiss privacy laws.
Pass offers more than other free password managers and has no ads or data collection. You can use it for free forever on all your devices to create and store unlimited passwords, autofill logins, generate 2FA codes, create email aliases, secure your notes, and more.
* Protect your logins and their metadata with battle-tested end-to-end encryption
While many other password managers only encrypt your password, Proton Pass uses end-to-end encryption on all your stored login details (including your username, the website address, and more).

The Proton ecosystem continues to improve. Great strides for privacy. Not quite as good as BitWarden yet, but so close. I have no doubt they will continue to jam it full of features.
Good, But miss a lot a of feature: - Master password instead of pin code - Add the possibility to have a master password or pin re-prompt for some sensitive password (like in bitwarden) - lock pass as soon as we close proton pass (not only timeout) - It detects inactivity even if I' active on proton pass
Great password manager with special price!
I like the email alias functionality, but I don't like a pincode to access my passwords. I prefer to have 1 strong password instead, so if you give us an option it would be better. An option for Auto-lock on browser restart please and not every hour or something less than that. UI looks amazing and looking forward for the upcoming updates. Keep it up.
I would prefer a full password entry to log back into pass extension not just a passcode to feel more secure. Also, the security option where it logs out at about 30secs sometimes logs you out immediately not giving you any time. Not being able to delete things in bulk is annoying, i.e., no web interface to manage your passwords is a little annoying. I'm sorry I don't feel very secure with the extension at the moment, so I've needed to delete all my passwords from the service for now. The email aliases are excellent though, so I'll use that. At the moment your service can't beat 1password so I'll be keeping that service for now.
- Autofill not work in many website. - No full-screen password management/editing UI or desktop App, requiring password organization to be done in small pop-up windows. - Pop-up windows too small, the names of the passwords cannot be fully displayed. - No bulk updates or moves feature. - Missing Credit card management feature.
The ability to add multiple URLs for each account is a godsend. I do hope they make it easier to organize without having to use multiple vaults and I would like to see more options when it comes to generating passwords inline on browser forms such as being able to copy the password. Still, with everything that they have already, I'm already switching over from LastPass.
Yep. This is going to be the one. If it's already this good, I'm genuinely excited to see what future updates makes it.
Would like to see categories for bank accounts and PIN such as SSN and such. Would be great to had a dedicated windows app as well.
how am i supposed to pin the extension on f***ing vivaldi WHICH DOESN'T SUPPORT THAT
