После 4 часов поисков это расширение оказалось самым удобным, что я смог найти.
Not updated for a more than a year and there is still bugs and issue Great plugin thou but after so much time with no maintenance it's feels like it won't last long before more serious bugs and issues. ie: rules to de/activate plugins when you go/leave a website - just read the comments and it's pretty clear this doesn't work

拡張機能の軸となる存在。 非常に素晴らしい拡張機能です。 要望としては この拡張機能名が6文字までしか表示されないので文字数制限を増やして欲しい。
Думаю это самый лучший и удобный менеджер расширений. Функций более чем достаточно.
This extension's Rules system does not work. You'd think it would let you disable an extension on a certain website, but not on any other website, but it can't do that. It can disable an extension when you first visit a certain website on a new tab, but it will disable the extension across the ENTIRE BROWSER when that happens, and will not re-enable it when you visit other sites or switch to other tabs.

By far this is the best extension manager I have ever used.
用了很久了很满意，还是扩展开发者牛逼！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
There are a lot of extension managers but this is my favorite. I always give new ones a try but I always come back to this one. It is simple and reliable. I have never had an issue with it. Other ones try to do too much or they are unreliable.
