The plugin does its job, but it is very inconsistent from user perspective. Sometimes it still provides older passwords (I think they have been cached, until I refresh the browser), the pop ups show up inconsistently. The plugin may reset authentication in a middle of the workday (no option to set up custom re-prompt periods). When I open a site, sometimes it will show a pop up to confirm authentication, sometimes it will not, so I have to go to the plugin, find the entry, click on it, and it will be launched in a separate tab. So all these issues are not super critical, I can work around them, but I am afraid to use this product for a rollout for a whole organization. I just smell a lot of tickets and frustration from the users.
