HOW TO USE:
This extension adds the ability to insert custom colors into Google Calendar events. Upon installing the extension, you might need to refresh Google Calendar for it to load.
Once the extension has been installed, you can access the custom color creation by either right clicking events (accessing the color palette), or double clicking the event and accessing the other color palette within the advanced event details page.
You can verify that the extension has been installed properly by the existence of an additional circle in the color palette with a plus (+) sign. Clicking on this plus sign should prompt you to insert a custom color defined by a hexcode (For example, typing 000000 will give you the color black. One recommended place to find colors is https://htmlcolorcodes.com/). Pressing "OK" on the color entry prompt will add this custom color to your color palette for coloring events.
You can remove custom colors from your color palette by clicking on the extension icon in your browser's extension bar. This will open a small window where clicking on a color will remove it from the extension and your color palette.

A Chrome extension designed to enhance and personalize your Google Calendar experience.
Looks like a super promising app, but currently doesn't function at all. Adding colors will add multiple colors at once, and when you click at them, they're only red. I tried disabling my adblocker and pop-up blocker, but problem persists. Refreshing the page removes all colors, and the colors never get added to the pallet when I click on the extension on top right.
refreshed, got plus sign, entered hex code, and this program changed my event to tomato. the new color appears in my options but it is not able to be selected and selected only results in a change to the tomato red color.
Doesn't work Plus sign appears along with the box to type in the hex code. Once it is submitted nothing happens
Any chance there will be an extension to add this to the google calendar app?
THANK YOU! This is just what I was looking for and so far has worked exactly as needed! For reference, I use a Mac with Chrome as my default browser and always keep everything up to date as far as software updates.
Does not work
Does not work, refreshed, pin to tool bar, inspected. Can't get it to show more color options
Worked well for a long time and then today suddenly stopped working.
It doesn't work anymore. It changed all my custom colors to Google's Tomato, standard color. I had to turn off the extension to change the colors within Google. I think a Google update made this plugin unecessary.
i thought ive found out how this works but the color still goes back to tomato.
