扩展非常棒，谢谢开发者的付出！但是有使用学习设置门槛，对于完全没有电脑术语常识的小白基本就手足无措，希望能能添加默认的自动设置，比如youtube，只要能够实现默认的系统自带的显示效果就能满足绝大多数人的需求了，绝大多数普通用户最期待的就是自动翻译外文为中文（这里又有几种情况：一种是视频自带一种外文字幕翻译为中文，一种是视频不带原生字幕又youtube自动生成的外文字幕翻译成中文，一种是视频自带英文，法文，德文，日文等多种字幕翻译成中文的外文优先选择英文问题？)，并以youtube默认的字幕中英文字体大小排序，字幕显示位置，自动根据视频分辨率缩放。有高级需求的用户，开放默认配置参数基础上的修改就能实现自定义配置。这样方便发展更多的用户。谢谢开发者
装了这个B站进度条没了。。。。。。
各位亲，我的菜单里打开显示的|“字幕语言”“机器翻译”这些都显示为0，什么也没有，是怎么回事啊？求解决……
