Update 10/26/2025 The extension is back on watch later, but it shows its own list of videos. At least we can see the sort order and add them to the queue. My rating has been updated accordingly. UPDATE The extension only works after starting a video in a playlist. No more clicking view full playlist or using it on watch later. It's still a little useful, so I'm revising my review. Hopefully we can get full functionality back soon! Original Review The latest version still doesn't work. A shame, because this was a really fantastic extension. I guess I'm off to find something else.
Removed because of the "Read and change all your data on all websites" the last review mentions. Also it has stopped working completely. Had to reinstall to leave this review but DO NOT USE. Edit: Now that it has been changed to only read info on YouTube, I feel much happier and safer using the extension. I am not sure about the new look, I'm sure I will get used to it! Having the ability to sort by channel is a game changer for me and I haven't found another extention that has done this, so very glad it is back. Thank you Dev(s)! 4 stars as it no longer works while Chrome is only taking up half the screen (in case this is device specific, my monitor is 1707 x 960 resolution, 17.1 inches, and to be ultra specific, when I have Chrome (and YouTube) on half the screen to browse on the other half, the exact dimensions of my browser without taskbars/toolbars/address bars etc is 852 x 790. I would think this would be the case for all sizes but dropping these specifics just in case. It also no longer reorganises the playlist itself so I can't use the extension "Multiselect for Youtube" to make sure the order sticks. You also can't right click to open the video in a new tab. Functionality is super low now. Uninstalling unfortunately.
it used to work but first stopped working in other playlists that werent the "watch later" one, and now it doesnt even work in "watch later" playlist either. so its not working at all. Plus it just asked me permission to "Read and Change all your data on all websites" which is kinda suspicious. i hope they fix it.
great extension it has been very helpful but it has one flaw when you add videos to the queue at times it messes with the order even though this shouldn't happen with neutral or default settings for example when im watching a video and i add another to the queue it will add it but not as next video it will add it as first and the one playing is second in the queue even when i drag it down to be next it doesn't want to it keeps correcting the list it will only work if i add the video a second time then it will be next in the queue < this means the video i wanted next is in the list twice once in front of the current video and once after the current video this issue causes other problems with the playing order but the most annoying problem is the one i just explained i still rate it 4 stars because i would give it 5 if this issue wasn't present although i almost wanted to give 3 stars because the only flaw it does have gives a big headache
it is just working in "Watch Later" or "Liked videos" playlist. Can you look at it? It is not working
It previously worked fine with other playlists. but now it is just working in "Watch Later" or "Liked videos" playlist. Can you look at it? It is not working anymore
impartial to the redesign but only being able to see the duration when watching the playlist is a big miss
The update break my favorite feature. I want to be able to use this extension for my "Watch later" playlist
What did you do with the extension? It updated today and after that it change completely, removing the only feature that made me use in the first place, which is the option to visualize the playlist duration according to a specific playback rate! Not to mention the whole pinky interface, which is ridiculous for those like me that use a dark theme. Why would you make these terrible changes? Edit: The dev went back to the previous version! Thanks for listening! Changed the rating to 5 stars!
it's good and i love it!! it would be awsome if there was the possibility to maybe create a new playlist with the new sorting or a button to confirm and save the sorting in the playlist. I use a lot yt on more devices and this solution works just when i'm on my pc , but great nontheless
