I reported this app’s network issue two days ago. They told me it would be fixed in a day, but when I followed up, they didn’t respond at all. The customer service is bad—they neither reply on time nor solve the issue. On top of that, the app doesn’t even work properly. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Error json parsing hasn't been fixed in months, I'm not sure why they don't do anything about it
