It can be useful, but it doesn't allow to save a pin to more than one board at the time,and since there are communal boards you may want to save the pin to, it's very boring and time consuming saving the same pin to one board at the time. If you have more than one account it doesn't give any choice to what account you are pinning to.

Having the same problem as everyone else. So frustrating! Pinterest used to be a great app but seems they have gotten greedy with major influx of ads and no support. Not even an option to pay for an ad-free version. If there was another similar app I would cancel Pinterest for sure. Please pay attention Pinterest Gods and fix these issues!!!

User browses the web and clicks the Pinterest Save button (toolbar icon, context menu, or hover save button). The extension scrapes pinnable images from the current page and displays an image picker. User selects images, then picks a destination board from their Pinterest account. The extension creates pins via the Pinterest API.
