I haven't managed to use groups watcher yet because i dont have reliable wifi but the customer service they provide is superb. If you have any questions or concerns talk to the customer service!
Very pleased. Once you've set it up using the video, it works just as expected and your keywords gives you a notification. Takes like 10 min to set up, and if you run into any problems the developers are quick to respond. I use ntfy and have the app installed on my phone to receive notifications. (create your own link, e.g. ntfy.sh/example).
When someone posts a ‘found dog’ notice, every minute counts. With Groups Watcher tied to our Discord, the alert pings all foster volunteers in real time. We’ve cut average response time from hours to under 15 minutes
As a nonprofit volunteer, I need to catch volunteer-call posts across multiple community groups. The free license for nonprofits plus the ability to route alerts into our Discord made setup painless. The ‘Send Test Webhook’ button and clear video tutorial had us running in under ten minutes

This extension is great and has saved me a lot of time that I used to spend manually refreshing Facebook groups. You can even use keyword filters to receive notifications for posts that contain the keyword.
Had an issue and it was sorted right away. Very good customer service for an incredibly useful extension!

Too expensive, will not be purchasing.
So far seems to work ok, but asking $27 after the free trial is asking a LOT.
