Love the integration with AHREFS and it's super helpful to do a quick heads up check on every page/post.
Absolutely amazing tool. I use it all the time at my SEO Agency, Lion's Share Digital (https://lionssharedigital.com). The Ahrefs SEO Toolbar is a game-changer for anyone serious about search engine optimization. This free Chrome extension packs a punch with its robust features, including on-page SEO analysis, broken link checking, and redirect tracing. One of my favorite features is the SERP country changer, which allows me to analyze search results from different regions without needing a VPN—a huge time-saver for international SEO projects. Additionally, the toolbar provides insights into metadata, heading structures, and even structured data, all accessible with just a click. For agencies like mine that focus on delivering tailored SEO strategies, this tool is indispensable. It streamlines workflows by combining multiple functionalities into one extension, eliminating the need for several separate tools. For example, its ability to highlight broken links or analyze keyword difficulty directly on the SERP saves hours of manual work. If you're looking to elevate your SEO game or need expert help optimizing your website, check out Lion's Share Digital. We specialize in creating custom strategies that drive results—just like how this toolbar helps us deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Good Extension
very good extension
Very good extension. If you need to monitor your SEO its one of the best!
As a digital marketing team heavily reliant on Ahrefs data, we've noticed significant discrepancies between the Ahrefs Toolbar and the main Ahrefs dashboard lately. The toolbar metrics (DR, backlinks, traffic) are showing completely different numbers compared to what we see in our Ahrefs subscription dashboard. A perfect example of this inaccuracy is Medium.com. The toolbar shows roughly 564M backlinks, while the actual Ahrefs dashboard shows over 700M backlinks. This massive difference of nearly 150M backlinks is concerning and misleading for our team's work. Same goes for RD, traffic and keyword metrics. This inconsistency is causing problems for our team's workflow, as we can't trust the quick metrics we see while browsing websites. We have to constantly cross-reference with the main Ahrefs platform, which defeats the purpose of having the toolbar in the first place. This inaccuracy is unacceptable for a professional SEO tool, especially when we're making quick decisions during client meetings or competitor research. Until this significant accuracy issue is fixed, we cannot recommend this toolbar to other SEO professionals. We're considering removing it from our team's browsers as it's currently causing more confusion than convenience.
