User navigates to any page with checkboxes. Either clicks the extension toolbar icon to toggle all checkboxes, or right-clicks to access context menu options (Toggle all / Check all / Uncheck all). The content script finds all input[type=checkbox] elements that are not readOnly or disabled and applies the selected action.
