Every 3 minutes my computer freezes and i have to close it for 5 minutes and hold the off button for it to work and this started exactly when this dumb thing was installed. I don't even know what this does because my school district already had Iboss (another dumb thing like this one) installed and all this is doing is slowing down my computer by 300%.
