e-taxAP 削除してからインストールしても使えなかったが、PCを再起動したら使えた。 何回も削除してはインストール繰り返して、何が悪いのか全然わからず一時間以上時間を浪費した。 許せん！
去年、源泉徴収票のCSVファイルの読み込みができず、IEモードで上手くいったという例を見つけて期限ギリギリで何とか提出できました。 しかし今回はIEモードだとエラーが出てしまい、やはりEdgeでもchromeでも源泉徴収票のCSVファイルの読み込みが上手くいきません。 参照ボタンを押すと固まってどこも選択できなくなります…。 どなたか解決策をご存知でしたらご教示いただけると嬉しいです。
e-Tax、源泉徴収票を作成送付しようとログインしたら、最新バージョンじゃないとかなんとか出て起動できず。2024/01/5のY S (strong)様のコメントの通りにしたら使えるようになりました。Y S (strong)様ありがとうございます。もともと使いづらいシステムでしたが、ちょっとひどいですね。ダイアログにしてもひと昔前のソフトみたい。あと、たまに読み込みに時間がかかり、固まったのかと思うほど。読み込み中ならその旨表示させるとか、ユーザー目線のソフトにしてほしいです。誰でも簡単にできるようなシステムじゃないと普及しませんよ。

なんでchromeを使わなくてはいけないのか。chromeは使いにくいので、やめてもらいたい。
納期の特例で源泉の納付をしようとしたところ、今まで難なく使えていたeTaxが使えないようになりました。多分、原因は先日アップデートしたWin10のせいかと思われます。仕方なくedgeで対応しましたが、源泉の納付書表示が出来ません。拡張機能を削除して再インストールしましたが、やっぱりダメでした。今、時期的に困っている方が多数いらっしゃると思いますので早急にコメントを頂きたいです。
クロームでは全く使えない。エッジではスラスラ使えました。 国税庁のHPも分りにくくなる一方！ もっと、シンプルにクロームでも動くようにして！！
初めてこの拡張機能をインストールしたが、ID・パスワード方式の届出→「届出を行う」のページでは認識されなかった。 私の処理手順が間違っているのかと思ってレビューを読んだら皆さん、苦情を述べているのでアプリケーションの問題なんだろうな。 去年までと同様、確定申告書を印刷して郵便で税務署へ送りますよ。
