本当に何度も何度もインストールが必要でめんどくさい。まともなエンジニアが作っているとは思えない低レベルな仕組みだと思う。銀行や証券会社でこんなもの使えばつぶれるレベルでは？
去年はすんなりできたのに今年は作成すら入れない、やっかいなシステムだ、
私もY S (strong)様のお蔭でなんとかできるようになりました。本当に有難うございます。 本当に言葉にならないくらい毎年使いづらく泣かされています。 申告以外の申請も増えてきたのは嬉しく、今回も本番(申告)前の予行練習のつもりでe-Taxソフトを立ち上げたのですが、既にメンタルが崩壊しています。 もう少しだけ、使う側に歩み寄っていただけたらと痛切にお願いします。

「事前セットアップが最新ではない」 と困っている方へ（Windowsの方） １，事前準備セットアップ（Windows用）（exe形式：約110.2MB）をダウンロード ２，事前準備セットアップ（Windows用）起動 修正と削除が出てくるので削除選択 ３，もう一度事前準備セットアップ（Windows用）起動 今度はインストール選択 ４，PC再起動 以上の手順で私は解決しました。 みなさまの貴重な時間が割かれませんように。 なぜ去年と同じ環境で使えなくなるのでしょうか？ 納税させる気ありますか？ こんなにわかりにくく、解決するのにだいぶ時間を割かれました。 早急な改善を求めます。 星１も付けたくありません星０です。
今年から開業するにあたって、この拡張機能のおかげで手続きがうまく進まなかった原因になった
私もe-TaxWEBブラウザ版を何度やっても「事前セットアップが最新ではない」とポップ表示が出て先に進めませんでした。 昨年までは問題なく使えていましたが、今日（2024/1/4）からこのようになってしまいました。 最終的にはPCにインストールされている「e-Taxソフト(Web版)事前準備セットアップ」と名付けられたアプリをWindowsのアプリを削除機能を使って削除、PC再起動して再度「e-Taxソフト(Web版)事前準備セットアップ」をインストールする事で、e-TaxWEBブラウザ版がエラー無く使えるようになりました。 ちょっとイラっとしましたね。
この拡張機能e-TaxAPと直接関係はありませんが、 e-TaxWEBブラウザ版を何度やっても事前セットアップが 最新ではないとポップ表示が出て先に進めない、再度手順に従って操作しても堂々巡り状態になり、 利用できない人へ当方の状況を報告。 母のPC・Win10。普段から税務申告などをしている。去年は問題なく利用できたが、上記のトラブルで先に進めず。その後解決。 自分のPC・Win10。トラブルを確認しようと同じ手順で進めたが、トラブルの再現ができなかった。税務申告などはしていない。 母のPCを操作して解決直前に行った行動。 画面左下（Windowsマークの横）、入力欄にJPKIと入力しJPKI利用者ソフトを起動。 すると更新があると表示され案内に従って更新。 この時点ではまだ、事前セットアップが最新ではない～のトラブルが解消されず。 その後、同じ入力欄にe-Taxと入力した所、どうやらe-TaxにはWEBブラウザ版とは別に、 PCにインストールするアプリ版のような物があるらしく、母のPCにはこちらも インストールされていたようです。 そのアプリを起動させようとした所、なにかのエラー？警告？表示が出て起動出ませんでした。 アプリ版をダウンロード、再インストールし、アプリ版起動に成功。 その後、WEBブラウザ版に戻ってみた所、事前セットアップが～のエラー表示がされず、 WEBブラウザ版も利用可能（ログインできる・翌日PCを起動してもエラー表示が出ない）になりました。 これらの状況を考えるとアプリ版が何かの干渉をしているのかな？といった所。 自分のPCではトラブルの再現が出来なかったように、 アプリ版を入れてる人、入れてない人、で差があると考えると納得といった状況です。 （自分のPCにはアプリ版は入れてない） あくまでも当方の状況ですが。 一応国税庁のお問い合わせ欄にも投書しておきました。
何をしろというのか？Edgeでは使えない？chromeでインストールしろ？説明通りに行っても、進まない。使えない。電子を推奨しているのに、難しくしてどうするの？発信する側（税務署）に問題があるのではないでしょうか？結局、国の機関に属している方は、分かっているのだろうか？e-Tax おかしな変更をしない方が良かったのでは？余計ややこしくなった。
