I remember why I deleted it last time -- it breaks gmail's CSS so as to render gmail and Copper both useless. Someone else in the comments said you have to install, then uninstall, then install again. We'll try that and see if it sucks any less.
Copper's chrome extension is a non-negotiable tool for us. It's allowed us to connect and win more business almost overnight.
My Sales team and I live on Copper, the extension make utilizing it efficiently. Highly recommend!
Only 3 stars because the Chrome extension will not open the Copper feature on the first try. After allowing the extension, nothing happens until it is opened yet again and activated for a second time. This is very frustrating and a waste of time.
I have just started using the Chrome Extension to gather information from LinkedIn profiles and have it saved in the Copper CRM. So far it is flawless. Saves a lot of time and there are no errors because I do not have to transfer the information from LinkedIn. Highly recommend!
Saves a lot of time being able to use it within both GSuite and Chrome - keep the value-add features coming!

Doesn't open on LinkedIn
Nearly every basic CRM function is paywalled. Highly annoying user experience.
Works great! Annual billing means if you add a seat you pay for it for the year. Keep that in mind if you are weighing a discount vs flexibility.
