meçhor extenção para deixar todos os sites dark
this is amazing!!!
Finally back up and running again :) This stopped working last week and I tried installing about 10 alternative extensions to replace this. Guess what they we're terrible Random white sections, lack of options to convert text/photos etc. Oh deluminate how you've spoiled me smh Thanks to the developers. Glad I waited for the update
This extension works very well—better than others I've tried. Light backgrounds become dark, dark text becomes light, color hues are preserved, and everything generally stays readable. Adjusting settings on a domain-by-domain basis is good, since you can prevent the extension from inverting sites that already use a dark palette. I've found it a little bothersome that text on inverted pages no longer uses ClearType (and may not work with other subpixel rendering either). This makes text look noticeably worse, especially when it's fairly small or in a serif font. If it's possible to get the system to recognize inverted text and re-apply subpixel rendering, that would be a good improvement. In my experience I've found the "smart invert images" setting to be too unreliable for general use, so I've set my default to "keep images normal". "Smart invert" seems to work by inverting any image that doesn't look like a photograph. This is good for, say, images of simple text or very basic graphics, but it also ends up inverting digital art and the like, which is undesirable. It would be neat to have the option to auto-enable/disable Deluminate based on time of day, or better yet based on sunrise/sunset à la f.lux. But with the keyboard shortcut provided, manually switching isn't much of a hassle.
Thank you SO MUCH for fixing it!!! Do you have a donation page???
