Change or invert the colour scheme to make web pages easier to read.
The entire page will be fading to dark, so you can watch the videos as if you were in the cinema. Works for YouTube™ and beyond.
Switch to night mode and the display is much easier on your eyes!
Open new tabs to nothing but pure black.
Inverts page colors, showing white text on a dark background
Slows everything to a halt.
I highly recommend this extention to anyone looking to put less strain on your eyes, anyone who gets migrains after any given prd of time on the computer, or just because you simply prefer the darker themes, TRY THIS EXTENTION, you won't be disappointed!! I had also tried the Hacker Vision extention as well which is pretty similar to this one except it didn't have the smart detect setting or any other user customized preference setting that allowed the user to choose what content to invert/add dark theme to and which to remain the same.. Hacker Vision inverted everything, even images on the webpage which i did not like whatsoever. With Hacker Vision, you simply have only two options; On or Off..that's all.
The smart image luminance inversion option, and the higher degree of customization for the other options, make it a more viable chrome extension than "hacker vision", so that it doesn't need to be turned off frequently to fully appreciate content. The one additional feature it needs for true 100% coverage, is for it to detect websites that already have a light on dark scheme, and not invert those -- black sites shouldn't become white sites; only sites on the lighter half of the luminance spectrum should be inverted.
Great for a Night Mode setting, however balck website backgrounds become a blinding white.
you are the boss!!
Seems to do what it says it will do. And from the few sites I've tested it on it works very nicely. Some of the other similar extensions made the page very ugly but not this one. Plus, you can have images look normal and invert everything else.
It bugs when on Facebook, the upper blue bar dissapears and the fb chat bugs as well. PNG and GIF files have their colors inverted. Other than that it's a nice extension ^^
Superb except small problem: In latest version the Shift+F12 combo to toggle delumination stopped working - it would turn OFF delumination, but not turn it back on!! its very very annoying.
This works *great* on Google+, and perfect for nighttime use. Good job, thank you.
Perfect, retains the original colors wije making things easy on the eyes. It would be great if you could add an option to automatically turn it on at night.
